About The Hotel:

The discounted rate has been offered for up to three nights beginning Thursday, July 16 and up to check out on Sunday, July 19. You can stay for 1, 2, or all 3 nights.

King Single/Double Occupancy: $159.00+ applicable taxes per night

Double Queen Single/Double Occupancy: $159.00+ applicable taxes per night

 

Triple & Quad Occupancy is $20.00 per guest over 18 (kids under 18 stay free)

 

Making Reservations:

There are a limited number of King and Double Queen rooms blocked for our reunion so please make your reservations as soon as you can but no later than June 16, 2015 by calling the in-house reservations department at 718-888-1234 and select option “0” to make reservations mentioning group code G-AVHS or can be made online at www.hpflushing.com, just click on special rates and insert “G-AVHS” under corporate or group code to get the group rate..Reservations are on a first come basis and a credit card guarantee will be required.  If a handicap accessible room is needed please call directly and  make sure to advise them when making your reservation.
